CASPTONE PROJECT: TICKTRACK

During the second year of the MMB program, I worked on a team of five peers to create a biotechnological product to fit an unmet need. My group has come up with an at-home test kit to test a tick for Lyme disease associate pathogens. We used the business model canvas to create a business case for our product, conducted over 100 voice of customer interviews and performed deep market and competitor analysis.
